Good morning. 6:03am. I am up, showered, dressed, hair done, makeup on, ready to face the day. Already checked for email so it's time to say NOPE! And promise no smoking here today!
Yesterday did not go as planned. Had service on the AC unit just for a checkup as I do not know the history of this unit however home inspection when I bought this place a couple months ago indicated it had issues. Cost for freon is $200-$600 for this unit, then finding the leak and repairing replacing. A repair could run $1000 to $1500. Repairing would be stupid but knowing summer is right around the corner and this unit will sigh and die on the worst possible day.....let's just replace it. At 8:30 last night they were still here. Got up this morning and something is running non stop. So have to call them back.....ugh!
