I love the message and how you can apply it to your quit. You have to commit to the process. Take smoking off the table and take your power back.
Quitting is doable - not always easy but doable.

Happy Friday!!!!!

I am sick today so going to take the day off. Here to pledge and think I will go back to bed. Saying NO to smoking and kicking that ash to the curb. Who will join me on the Freedom Road today?

Good morning. 1:07am in middle Tennessee. As usual I am getting ready for work. News on, coffee cup fresh and steamy near by. Saying NOPE and getting my day moving!

Every morning I do two things. First is check my phone for the date. This morning November 22....a very sad day for our country. Good morning I think. It's 1:22am. I am up and moving around. Gonna say the first NOPE for the day.

Something weird has just happened. I need to get an electrician. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was running, blades turning however the blades have been off for weeks. I am thinking we have a short of some sort. All I can say is oh damn!
