Happy Hump day to you all!! Love the weather being like this so far. I have been doing blood work every year and I went to a Functional Med doctor and she noticed that my Ferritin is high. Going to go see her tomorrow to get a plan of action on this. From what I read, the only way to decrease the iron in the blood is to draw it from a clinic and a doctor has to write a letter stating that I have a condition. I am glad I am not smoking, this year has been challenging with trying to manage... Show more
